Litigation remains the ultimate tool and circumstances may dictate that it should be favoured immediately. If so, we have the resources and experience to litigate effectively and efficiently for clients. Where possible, we make use of the specialist commercial courts in the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session. We aim to end a client’s dispute as swiftly as possible and will always adapt our tactics and advice to help achieve this. In many cases, we would hope to recover full expenses for our clients.
